When being told you have some form of breast cancer it is overwhelming. A lot of information is given to you which can sound scary and you are not able to take it all in. The way it is given to you is so very important. Mr Osman explained everything calmly and simply ( with some really good diagrams). He slowed down when I felt overwhelmed and gave me time to ask any questions that I wanted to ask. His approach was friendly, professional, assuring and set at a level that I could understand. I’m really glad he is the person dealing with my case.
